Mariscos Las Islitas expanded from a small food truck, learning different methods and techniques of seafood preparation from business partners, family members, and associates from Nayarit Mexico and established a well rounded menu that suits the modern kitchen and traditional eye. We specialize in high quality Mexican seafood. We do not serve burritos, carne asada tacos, tortas, or any other basic Mexican method. We serve seafood and seafood only.
