Ceviche & Lobster Bar was born from a passion for the best seafood and the art of preparing it fresh. Growing up by the sea, we learned to respect the ocean and its bounty, carefully selecting its finest treasures and appreciating the flavors that come from doing things the right way—simply and with care. Now, from our vintage 1976 Airstream caravan, we bring that same philosophy to Miami. We believe great seafood is about more than just taste; it’s about sharing moments, connecting with tradition, and honoring the beauty of fresh ingredients.
