The Edge Seafood Restaurant & SkyBar is a unique restaurant on the Destin Harbor, offering waterfront, al fresco dining. Unlike most “waterfront” restaurants, The Edge was built directly on top of the water, providing panoramic views of shimmering tides. Named for the fishing spot where the continental shelf drops off along the famed 100-Fathom Curve, supporting our local fisheries is at the heart of everything we do. Featuring authentic Floridian coastal cuisine, our menu uses fresh, locally sourced seafood & produce whenever possible, including fish from our local commercial fishermen & produce from our own farm located right here in Northwest Florida.
